Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for bookings made with E Travels.

Tour packages

• Cancelled 30+ days before departure: full refund minus a 10% administration fee
• Cancelled 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
• Cancelled less than 15 days before departure: non-refundable

Hotel bookings

Refund eligibility depends on the specific hotel's cancellation policy, shown at the time of booking. Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before check-in on most properties.

Visa & passport applications

Government/embassy fees are non-refundable once an application has been submitted, regardless of outcome. Our service fee is refundable if we haven't yet begun processing your application.

Car hire

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a one-day rental charge.

How to request a refund

Contact our support team via the contact page or WhatsApp with your booking reference, and we'll process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.
